What ArcPanel does not do
- There is no WHMCS module yet; billing systems connect through REST API v2.
- Each panel manages one server; DNS can be clustered across servers.
Questions
How many accounts can I host?
As many as your server holds. ArcPanel has no license and counts no accounts.
Can a reseller see another reseller's customers?
No. A reseller sees only its own customers, and the objects of other tenants answer "not found".
Can you move my customers from cPanel or DirectAdmin?
Yes, as a paid migration from $199 per server: accounts, sites, mail and databases, with a cut-over plan.
